Our team works closely with most dental insurance providers and will handle submitting your claim to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Co-payments and deductibles, the portion not covered by your insurance, are due at the time of service. To ensure accurate claim processing, please provide up-to-date insurance information and notify us of any changes to your coverage. Please note that most cosmetic treatments are not covered by dental insurance.
